Nylon 6 Tyre Cords are generally used as reinforcement material inside bias tyres used in trucks & buses and off-the-road (OTR) vehicles.

Cycle Tyre Cord Fabrics

Available in Nylon 6 and Polyester Tyre Cord Fabric with Denier ranging from 840 D to 1000 D.

Chafer Fabrics

Chafer Fabrics are specialty fabrics used in the manufacture of heavy-duty tyres, especially to protect the side walls of the tyres.

The fabric is offered in both wicking & non-wicking types in constructions of 420 and 840.
